PRINTS

Construction Print Package: $1,100.00 per license, plus sales tax. $600.00 for a S.C. engineer for the International Residential Building Code. It includes 5 complete sets of working prints with specifications (a list of interior and exterior building materials necessary for detailed pricing and construction). Note: A material listing of the quantity of component parts can be provided by the builder or Building Materials Supplier.

Seals: Purchase of electronic files is suggested if a S.C. Architectural seal is required.

Full Mirror Prints: (Readable Lettering) Can be replotted @ $125.00 plus the regular printing package. (Example: $700.00 – 1st set of prints, plus $125.00 = $825.00.)

Copies: If additional copies are required they may be purchased for $35 a set within (30) days of the initial order, if the plan is being built on the same lot.

AutoCad Purchases: (AutoCAD drawings): CD version of AutoCAD drawings: $1,500.00. The license to construct homes from these plans is granted to the original purchaser only and may not be transferred, assigned, or sub-licensed to any other party. Copies may NOT be licensed, sold or given to anyone else. **Note: We are NOT responsible for any changes made to cad files by anyone other than Art-Z Enterprises, Inc.

CUSTOM PLANS

Custom Designs: Custom designs may be obtained from our office at $3.25/sq. ft. of total space (attached garage, room over garage, basement and covered porches are included in footage). Price includes 7 full sets of prints. Pricing and review of the design are available to the client prior to completion of the plans. The plans become the copyright property of Art-Z Enterprises, Inc. Additional copies may be purchased from the extra print price list shown below.

MODIFICATIONS

Modifications: A $75.00/hour fee is required for modifications to be made. The client must set up a personal appointment and pay a $500.00 deposit before the work can be started. A contract of the total projected hours will be written and signed at the time of the appointment.

Owner Modifications: Purchase of a CD or a minimum of (1) set license fee from our office is required. Modifications by you or your agent MUST have this notice on each page. “This is a modification of a copyrighted plan by Art-Z Enterprises, Inc.” The modifiers logo may be used in conjunction with this notice.

MISCELLANEOUS

Plan Book: Approximately 50 designs in an 8.5” x 11” book: $18.00 plus shipping.
