The company offers full building design services including preliminary schematics, site planning, construction plans, energy efficient planning, specifications, and plan rendering. We perform all design and drafting in house working extensively with the information you supply us along with our creative input. Art-Z Enterprises works closely with professional engineers to develop a structurally sound home for you.

Archie E. Jaudon, owner and president of Art-Z Enterprises, Inc. is a national Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD), and a professional member of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD). He helped form the AIBD South Carolina Society, and served as the President from 1995 to 1997. Archie uses the latest in computer technology to design and draw your dream home. He can include “Lowcountry” landscaping features to create the desired look for each of his clients. His 23 years of experience in planning custom homes has ensured our clients receive the absolute best in professional design.

Art-Z Enterprises, Inc. designs are custom plans ranging from 1000 square feet to over 5,000 square feet in area. He received the “Best Working Drawing” award from the South Carolina and North Carolina Chapters of the AIBD in 1997, and the winning design “The Perfect Plan” in the Gulf Coast/Southeastern States Design Competition in 1999.

Jaudon’s custom designs can be seen in Hidden Cove, Wakendaw, Coosaw Creek, Sullivan’s Island, Isle of Palms, Dunes West, Wild Dunes, White Hall, Eagles Landing, Indigo Isle, Stono Ferry, and throughout the tri-county area of South Carolina.
